Today I wanted to share this post with you, It is always so easy to look at other people and to think that they have more then you, that they are better then you etc.. But I really have learned to focus on the things that you have.. count your blessings be grateful there is so much in our lives to be grateful for. And I have learned that every night before I go to bed I make a list about the things that I am thankful for. And that always gives me such an amazing feeling because then I can see that there is so much everyday to be grateful for.. So if you feel down just take a pen and a piece of paper and write down the three (or more) things were you are grateful for and for some reason you will feel better. I hope I can inspire you to focus on the positive things in life and knowing that there is aways something to be thankful for.
