5 Steps To Bring Peace & Quiet Into Your Everyday Life..

Hello everyone

 

Today I wanted to share with you 5 steps to Bring more Peace & Quiet Into Your Everyday Life.. As our lives can get really hectic, It’s so important to create some peace and quiet time for yourself.. just as little as a a couple minutes everyday, Because when you are having some quiet time it helps you to relax your mind and to be more peaceful you will be less stressed, simply because you're having some quite time for yourself. Ever since I use some quite time for myself ( I meditate for 10 minutes every morning when I wake up) I feel so much more calmer and peaceful I feel so much better in my skin and I feel less stressed as well, I can make better decisions and I am a much happier person. Just by having some quite time for myself, makes me feel so much better.. Here are 5 steps that helps you to create some quite time everyday: 

 

Create a Sanctuary 

Make your own little space, this can be a little corner with a pillow in the room where you can just sit and meditate.  You can light some candles around your bath when you are having some quite time.. I really love to make a nice little space for myself I buy myself some lovely scented candles some nice bath salts and I just enjoy the moment.. I  Also love to put some fresh flowers in a little vase and set them around my bath I just love to create a little space like this for myself when I just have some quiet time and can relax even if it’s just for a couple minutes because I feel so much more refreshed and relaxed after and it’s so nice to have some quite time for yourself and all you need is just some little space.

 

Walk into Nature 

Go to the park or walk around in the woods, turn off your phones and just enjoy the surroundings listen to the birds, hear the wind blowing trough the trees and just enjoy the moment and breath in some fresh air.. It can be so relaxing and peaceful when you walk into nature just because there is usefully so much noise around us it can be quite peaceful when you go walking into nature and just listen to the calm sounds that nature has to offer. I always love to walk in the park with my little doggy.. and I look at the trees and just try to be in that moment it can be so peaceful to just be in nature and to just enjoy the moment even if it’s just for a little bit..

 

 

Meditate for a few minutes a day

Just try to sit quietly don't make an effort to meditate just sit still even for a couple of minutes and just observe your thoughts.. It can be as little as 5 minutes a day.. but you will feel so much better and refreshed when you just sit for a couple of minutes and let your thoughts just go by.. don't judge them don't act on them just let them come and go.. Ever since I just sit down and observe my thoughts I teach myself that I don't have to always listen to them.. I just let them come and go, I don't react on them and it makes me feel so much more peaceful just because then I teach myself that they are just thoughts and that they pass by just like a cloud in the sky, I don't judge them, I don't act on them, I just let them come and go and that’s exactly what you can do with your thoughts and you will feel so much more peaceful when you learn that they just come and go..

 

Be Mindful

When you are for example doing the dishes try to be mindful of what you are doing, feel the warm water where you are cleaning your dishes with, smell the soap and try to be just in that moment listen to the sounds around you. Make your chores mindful research shows that when we are focussing on one thing, without distraction, makes us more content. 

 

Notice your need for Noise 

How does it feel when you have quite time? If you have feelings of discomfort arise and you have the  urge to turn on the TV to distract yourself.. Try to resist and try to figure out where do those feelings come from.? why are they there, what can I do to make myself feel better and just observe your feelings and try to learn from them and see what you

can do to make yourself feel better. 

These are some steps that I am using to get more quite time and I try to have some minutes of quite time everyday and I find that ever since I use this into my every day life.. I feel so much better and peaceful.. Just commit to a few minutes everyday and you will feel so much better.. I hope I can inspire you and I will see you soon with some new inspiration.
