6 Things to do to feel better..

Hello everyone

 

Sometimes we all going trough some tough times and it really can make us feel down and  sometimes it seems so hard to feel better.. Especially when you have the  feeling that nothing can cheer you up. But there are some things that I love to do when I am feeling down and slowly but surely I am I starting to feel much better and I would love to share with you the things I love to do when I am feeling down to feel better again. 

 

 

 

 

 

Drink a cup of hot Tea

 

 

I just love to have my nice cup of tea it’s really something that I am looking forward too everyday. I just make some time for myself and I make myself a nice cup of tea.. I love to have some nice sweets with my tea as well like some macaroons, some cookies or some delicious chocolate. I also love to drink my tea in silence and I just try to enjoy every moment.. this is also my me time and sometimes I also love to read a magazine and just get cozy on the couch with a nice cup tea some nice treats and I just love to enjoy this lovely time for myself. 

 

 

 

Take a nice hot Bath 

 

 

Bath times are my favorite.. I try to have some bath time every evening I put some relaxing music in the background and light some candles.. I also love to buy myself some nice bath salts with rose patels these are my favorite.. and they just smell heavenly. It’s really nice and relaxing for your body and soul to have a nice relaxing bath. I always feel so much better when having a bath and I am really enjoying every minute. 

 

 

Take a walk 

 

 

When I am feeling a bit down I just love to take a nice walk in nature for some reason it always makes me feel so good to breath in the fresh air and to be outside in nature, on these moments I just love to feel the wind and to listen to the birds chirping in the background. I always feel so peaceful in nature and I really love to be outside and it’s such a good exercise as well.. It’s so refreshing and when I come home I feel so much more relaxed after a nice walk in nature. 

 

 

Buy Yourself some Beautiful flowers

 

 

I just love to have some beautiful flowers in our home for some reason they always make me feel so good and when I look at them I always feel so happy and grateful and I really appreciate the beauty of life.. My favorite flowers are pink roses and every week I love to buy some flowers for myself and to decorate our home with them they always make me feeling so happy and peaceful. 

 

 

Meditate 

 

 

I just love to meditate I mediate every morning when I wake up and it always makes me feel so much more grounded and peaceful I love to do a guided meditation and it always makes me feel so much more relaxed and peaceful. and it really helps me to feel calmer and more peaceful trough my day. 

 

 

Be grateful 

 

 

When you are feeling a bit down it’s so easy to just see the negative things in life so every time before I go to bed I love to make a list to write down the things were I am grateful for and if I write these things down, I immediately feel so much better because it helps me to focus on the positive things in life and the things were I am thankful for everyday.

So these are the things that I love to do when I am feeling down and these things are really helping me to feel so much better.. I hope I can inspire you to maybe do these things or some of these things as well to feel much happier and to lift you up when you are feeling down they are truly helping me, so I really hope that they can help you too.
