Letting go of Control
Today I am wearing this amazing Faux Fur Collar Striped Statement Wrap, I really love the colours. My inspiration of this look was letting go and trying not to control everything. for some reason we really want to control our lives and we are doing anything for it. We work hard we are thinking a lot about our choices, sometimes we even try to force things (at least I will) and sometimes that can really stressing me out, for example when you are in the car and the traffic is getting stuck you can really frustrate yourself of getting things moving, but if you think about it being frustrated and stressed isn’t going to help you to get the traffic moving. So I think that for this kind of situations you have to let go try to let it be, the traffic is the way it is, and you cannot change that. The thing that you can change is your reaction to that. So just try to relax and allow the traffic to be stuck it is what it is, breath in deeply and just put some nice music on or look outside. I think that you feel much better, then when you are getting frustrated and stressed and it is unhealthy for your body either. So next time when you want to control something that your can’t for example like the traffic, being late or anything that you cannot control, try to let it go and just go with it. Try to stay relax breath in and out and allow the things to happen. I hope I can inspire you to let go of the things that you cannot control. Thank you so much for reading and I will see you soon with some new inspiration.
