Today I wanted to share this lovely post with you.. I recently came across these beautiful quotes and they really inspired me:

It is really something were I really try to live by. I am the type of person who can worry about anything. I am always in my head thinking about the worst case scenarios. I have that since as long as I can remember (I think it has to do with my child hood) But I have learned something amazing.. What you think isn't always true as a matter of fact 80 % of what we think isn't true and that got me thinking (see the irony in here) But being serious the most things that we believe or think that will happen isn't true at all and if you really think about it our brain cannot see into the future so why do we get anxiety about something that hasn't happened in the first place it’s really a tricky thing.. but ever since I found this out I really try to catch myself on thinking about the future and then I am saying to myself “ it’s just a thought it isn't real and it hasn't happen so there is no reason for me to have anxiety about that particular situation were I am thinking about in that moment. Even now me and my family are planning to go to Holland for a week and we go with the fairy. And we are having a long trip ahead and my thoughts are like o my god what if something happened etc. Then I really have to stop myself and say to myself like this situation is in the future it’s not now I will worry about it or do something about it if it’s really happening. But thats the thing just thinking about it ..already makes me feeling anxious and depressed and nothing has happened.. It really takes out the joy of being in the moment and I know it’s really not easy to stop.. But I believe that being aware of the fact that what you think isn't true is a really big first step and you can go from there. I have to admit it’s really something that isn't easy to get out of your system (because you have been doing it for so long) But I do believe that if you are questioning your thoughts like for example is that really true the thing were I think of.. then you will see that you will feel more calmer and then you can find solutions to the situation. I am really hoping that I can inspire you with my story because it’s really something that is holding me back for being happy and living in the moment but I am determined and passionate about the fact that if we talk about it and help each other that we will find a solution so we can all live a more peaceful and happier life..
