Tips on how to make your mornings more productive..

Hello everyone

 

Today I wanted to share some tips with you on How to make your Mornings more productive. I have to admit that I am not really a morning person (I never have been one either) But I hope that with these tips I can inspire you to make your mornings more productive. 

 

Drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up to rehydrate your brain and increase alertness.

 

I always feel so much better when starting the day with a glass of water you can also put some lemon juice in, which is also very good for your body. It’s very important to stay hydrated throughout the day as well and a glass of water in the morning is a very good start.

 

 

If possible go outside first thing in the morning for at least 30 minutes.

 

When you are exposed to bright light it helps your body to produce alertness hormones.. Daylight is really good for your body it helps you to wake up and to be more alert it also helps your body to have a good and fresh start of the day.. When I go outside in the morning I feel so much more awake and alert throughout the day.. And its really nice to breath in the fresh air which is really refreshing. 

 

Make a to do list and lay out your clothes the night before. 

 

 

I always find myself more productive when I make a to do list the night before.. Simply because I know what I have to do and everything gets much more clearer in my head If I wright it down.. It also give me a clean and fresh start in the morning.. Because I know the tasks that I have on that day, and it also helps me to come in a nice flow. I never know what to wear and if I don't lay out my clothes the night before I create so much more stress in the morning simply because, I have no idea what to wear and by doing that the night before I am so much more relaxed in the morning and it gives me so

much more time to spare as well.

 

 

 

Stay off all screens at least an hour before you go to bed. 

 

 

The blue light that comes from our screens immediately stops the body producing the sleep hormone melatonin. It’s so much better to have a nice bath and meditate for an hour before you go to bed.. Because your body and mind are much more relaxed and you will fall a sleep much better.
